Can I burn a DVD from one drive to another?

I want to burn a copy of power rangers for my aunt and I just got a second DVD drive for my computer can I put the power rangers in the new drive and put a blank DVD in my other drive and somehow burn it like that . I have DVD shrink I wanted to know if I could just burn it like that instead of having to analyze it and encode it . and do I need a different program to do this these are the programs I yhave on my computer

Windows movie maker

Nero
WAIT Not Nero I Don’t Have that anymore
and I already have a burned copy for me so I already did the encoding and stuff with DVDshrink si I would be burning the burned copy I already burned

    you can try, but you’ll probably have to have an encoder because it is copywrited. the encoder removes the copywrite from the dvd.

    if the dvd is copyright protected, its a real pain to burn from one disc to another, you will need to use a combination of those programs, I believe DVDshrink has a very extensive help manual, if not, search around for a tutorial, theres to many things that you have to do to list here.

    Well, no, you have to use DVD shrink to remove the copy protection on the commercial DVD because that’s exactly what the movie studios don’t want you doing. You can copy it after you remove the copy protection.

    If you have a stand alone set top DVD box, this will do ANY DVD straight to DVD. Also VHS , and Camcorder to dvd But you would need to compile the last 2.
