Missing hard drive space on primary and additional SATA?

I am missing about half the hard drive space from my C: drive and about a third from the additional SATA internal drive…and this is AFTER completely reformatting the drives. I don’t know what kind of hidden data could be taking up this space….any suggestions?

  1. Linux OS Says:

Maybe you have partitions you’re not seeing?

  2. Colanth Says:

Are you certain that you have 2 PHYSICAL drives, not one physical drive partitioned into two LOGICAL drives, C: and D:? If your computer came with, say, a 160GB drive, and C: and D: are each about 80GB, that’s your 160GBs.
