Can you hack the registry of the 2nd generation Zune? If so, do you have to re-hack it with every computer?

   Since it is a registry hack and Zunes don’t have a registry then yes you would have to hack whatever computer you attach the Zune to. I would suggest posing this question on some of the Zune forums. You will find many hacks posted there.
