How do I get my monitor working after a windows wipe?

I just wiped my hard drive and re-installed XP. I have an Asus K8V MX board, with onboard graphics and sound. Ever since the re-install, they don’t function properly. Under device manager it says that the display adapter is not functioning properly. I’ve tried searching the Asus website for drivers but haven’t been able to find anything. Help!

guy or gal tries to reconstruct what was on the hard drive what are the tools and methods used to do this? Is there something stronger than recovery applications? Like maybe knowing how to use assembly language?

1994 Honda Accord transmission problem?

I have a 1994 Honda Accord, a few weekds ago the dipstick/plug came out of my transmission fluid thing. I drove like that for about 3 days and it started acting funny. I took it to the shop and they added transmission fluid. At first whenever I start my car it has a hard time sometimes going and shifting gears it will go up to almost 3.5 rpm but that just seems to beefor the first 25 min or so and then the rest of the day it was fine now it seems to be having problem intemettinly through out they especially since they added transmission fluid. I even think I heard it scratch gears today (???) can automatic do that. Is my ****** going out or did they maybe put the wrong fluid in or could it just be dirty. they told me I need a new pvc and air filter does this have anything to do with it ??

How do I copy a folder from a old hard drive to a new hard drive,its saying access denied?

My aunt has a computer with a bad motherboard, I have her old hard drive slaved in my computer. I am trying to drag the documents and settings folder from the old hd to mine in order to make some dvds. I am getting an access denied message when I try to do it. There is nothing in right click properties on the folder itself when I try to do this. It is running xp home, thank you.
Typing file transfer did not help, i tried remaking the user and it did not fly, no it was not on anything corporate, she just had a password on the account, but i cant boot with it, because the hard ware is mis matched. Safe mode still has to be tried, theres gotta be a way to do this, hasn’t anyone else done this before?
Well I got it to go, I changed the permissions on the drive itself, then started in on each and every folder. Thanks for everyones help. BTW, the guy with the links has a good link, but it doesnt exactly work the way it was explained, have to do some digging in there.

every time i turn it on, the light would blink and not stop. I put CD in and it still does that, even if CD isnt inside. I cant access anything in my computer while the light is blinking. whats going on>
