How do I get my monitor working after a windows wipe?

I just wiped my hard drive and re-installed XP. I have an Asus K8V MX board, with onboard graphics and sound. Ever since the re-install, they don’t function properly. Under device manager it says that the display adapter is not functioning properly. I’ve tried searching the Asus website for drivers but haven’t been able to find anything. Help!

guy or gal tries to reconstruct what was on the hard drive what are the tools and methods used to do this? Is there something stronger than recovery applications? Like maybe knowing how to use assembly language?

ok here is my setup 2.8ghz 80gb hard drive 256 sdram nvidia geforce mx4000 64mb…..now i know they recommend a video card with 128mb but im really wondering how can i get the absolute best out of my video card and to make sure its configured properly

Why do I need a memory card for my camcorder?

I bought a camcorder that has a hard drive already built in. It takes videos and saves it to its hard drive, but when I try to take pictures it says “no card found” or something like that. Why would I even need a memory card? Why can’t it just save the pictures to the hard drive automatically like it does videos?

If you get a better bigger hard drive and you want to use the new one as your main drive what do you do?

when you put it in do you move your old one in to a “slave slot”?
If that is how you do that then will you need to reinstall your OS? How would you do that if their has never been one on the hard drive?

and once you get it up and running can you just reformat your old hard drive? Or do you need to do something else to get all of your old operating system off it (assuming that you have all your folders and documents that you need off it)? and this is all for windows vista

Can’t install Vista on my Dynamic hard drive?

I’ve recently built my own computer but I cant install Visa Home Premium on my dynamic hard drive. I had the drive in a previous computer and it now has several partitions. How do I revert this drive to it’s default state in order to install Vista? I have no other OS installed, and I dont care about losing the data on the drive.

2 Commentsthis ide has windows installed, i was using it and suddenly it restarted and couldn’t load windows anymore, the pc can’t recognize there is a drive.
when i put it as slave the new hardware wizard recognizes it and installs it, but i can’t see it in my pc, so i can’t access to my files, so i think i lost the partition, is it possible to get it back?
